AskTriply is an AI-powered travel audit service operated by AskTriply (operated by OfflineSeva). We provide pre-booking trip analysis for Indian travellers, including itinerary review, budget comparison, visa guidance, and destination intelligence.

AskTriply is not a travel agency, booking platform, or tour operator. We do not book flights, hotels, or tours on your behalf. We do not earn commission from any hotel, airline, or tour operator. Our only revenue is the ₹99 audit fee paid directly by users.

AskTriply provides:

• Free Preview: Day 1 and Day 2 itinerary, visa overview, and destination summary — available without payment.
• Full Audit Report (₹99): Complete 10-section trip audit including full itinerary, hotel recommendations, food guide, budget analysis, mistake detection, ratings, flight reliability score, and GO/RETHINK verdict.

All content is generated by artificial intelligence and is based on historical data, publicly available information, and AI-generated analysis. It is provided for informational and decision-support purposes only.

AI-Generated Content: All audit reports are generated by AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. You should independently verify all critical information before making any travel bookings or decisions.

Not Professional Advice: AskTriply reports do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional travel advice. Visa requirements, entry rules, and travel conditions change frequently. Always verify with official government sources, embassies, and airlines before travelling.

Flight Data: Airline reliability scores and delay statistics are based on historical seasonal patterns, not real-time data. Actual on-time performance varies.

Prices: All cost estimates are approximate and based on typical market rates at time of generation. Actual prices may differ based on availability, season, and when you book.

The full audit report costs ₹99 (Indian Rupees) per report. This is a one-time payment for a single report. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Monthly unlimited plans (if available) are charged on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.

All prices include applicable taxes. By completing payment, you authorise AskTriply to charge the stated amount via your chosen payment method.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: because our reports are generated immediately upon payment using AI processing, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered to your account.

If you experience a technical failure where payment was charged but no report was generated, contact us at asktriply@gmail.com and we will resolve it within 48 hours.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate trip information when requesting an audit
• Use audit reports for personal travel planning only, not for resale or redistribution
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce our AI prompts or systems
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Verify all visa, entry, and travel requirements independently before booking

All audit reports generated by AskTriply are for your personal use only. You may share your report with travel companions or family members planning the same trip. You may not republish, resell, or commercially use AskTriply reports without written permission.

The AskTriply platform, brand, prompts, and underlying technology are owned byAskTriply (operated by OfflineSeva) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskTriply and AskTriply (operated by OfflineSeva) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Travel decisions made based on our audit reports
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Changes in visa rules, entry requirements, or travel conditions
• Flight delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on our recommendations

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific report in question (₹99).

Your use of AskTriply is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of AskTriply after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
