AskTriply sells AI-generated digital reports. When you pay ₹99, your report is generated immediately and made available in your account within 60–90 seconds.
Because the service is delivered instantly and digitally — similar to buying an e-book or a software subscription — we cannot offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or decided not to travel.
This is standard practice for digital services under Indian consumer protection law and Razorpay's merchant policies.
You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:
If your report was generated but you believe the quality is unacceptably poor — for example, it contains only generic placeholder text with no specific information about your destination — please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
We will review your case and, where the quality issue is confirmed, offer either:
Dissatisfaction with the verdict (e.g., the report says "RETHINK" but you wanted to go anyway) or with AI-generated recommendations does not qualify as a quality issue eligible for refund.

If you raise a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, we will provide all transaction records to Razorpay and your bank. We strongly recommend contacting us first at asktriply@gmail.com — we resolve genuine issues quickly and without the delays of a formal dispute process.
